Why read this blog?
Are you interested in the field of law? Are you curious about what is commonly considered to be the best practice to handle certain situations?
On this page I plan on consistently exploring legal topics across different fields. Whether you’d just like to be armed with knowledge or would like exposure to different specialties, I’ll consider this a success if you’re able to learn something useful.
This is not and should never be construed to be legal advice. I’m not a lawyer yet, I just want to explore as many concepts as I can before law school and you can feel free to follow along with my journey.
A brief shoutout to my favorite legal resource
If you didn’t know, Cornell Law School gives free access to their Legal Information Institute (LII), which includes a plethora of wonderful resources with an easy to use user interface. This includes the U.S. Code, Supreme Court collection, Wex legal encyclopedia and dictionary, and much more. Throughout my life, when I’ve been curious about things relating to the law this has been invaluable and doesn’t have any barriers to access. Access it here!
